At Alexander’s Premium Coffee & Tea, we are committed to delivering the highest quality food, coffee, and tea. Every order is prepared with care, and we roast your order fresh to ensure the best possible experience.
Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
If there is an issue with your order—such as an incorrect item or a quality concern—we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please contact our Support Center within 24 hours of receiving your order at support.center@alexanderspremiumcoffee.com, and our team will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Alexander’s Premium Coffee & Tea reserves the right to review and determine resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
